Carmack for Carriers Amazon Electronic Gift Card Offer

1. Eligibility
This offer is open to individuals who:
1. Are 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment;
2. Are enrolled in the Carmack for Carriers online course offered by Carmack for Carriers (“the Company”); and
3. Meet all requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions
4. Only one (1) $50 Amazon electronic gift card (“Gift Card”) will be issued per eligible participant.
This offer is void where prohibited by law.
2. Course Completion Requirements
To qualify for the Gift Card, participants must:
1. Complete all modules and lessons within the Carmack for Carriers course;
2. Pass the final exam with a minimum score of 80% or higher; and
3. Complete the course within 1 year of enrollment.
Course completion and exam results will be verified through the Company’s learning management system (LMS). Participants are responsible for ensuring that all lessons, quizzes, and the final exam are completed and properly recorded under their course account.
3. Gift Card Distribution
1. Participants who meet all eligibility and completion requirements will receive a $50 Amazon electronic gift card via the email address associated with their course account.
2. Gift Cards are typically emailed within 10 business days after successful verification of completion and exam results.
3. The Company is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable emails, or for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete contact information.
4. Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other incentive.
4. Verification and Fraud Prevention
The Company reserves the right to:
1. Verify the identity and eligibility of any participant
2. Disqualify any participant who provides false information or engages in fraudulent activity;
3. Withhold or revoke a Gift Card if eligibility requirements were not fully met or were met through dishonest means.
4. The Company’s decisions regarding eligibility and compliance are final and binding.
5. Amazon Gift Card Terms
The Amazon Gift Card is issued and governed by Amazon.com, Inc., and is subject to Amazon’s own Terms and Conditions.
Carmack for Carriers is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or damaged Gift Cards, or for any issues arising from redemption or use through Amazon.
6. Taxes and Reporting
Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes or reporting obligations associated with receiving the Gift Card.
The Company does not provide tax advice and may issue tax documentation if required by law.
7. Offer Modifications and Termination
Carmack for Carriers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse, technical errors, or compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree that Carmack for Carriers, its owners, affiliates, and employees are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to this promotion, the course, or use of the Gift Card.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
